With his first restaurant Equinox going strong after more than a decade, chef Todd Gray is slated to open a second restaurant this April. Watershed will be forging new restaurant ground in the up-and-coming NoMa neighborhood.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Watershed will highlight seafood from the East Coast, from Virginia oysters to Gulf Stream tilefish.
