Metrocurean's Le Creuset One-Pot Giveaway

 There are few things more handy and convenient in a cook's repertoire than a one-pot meal. Everything goes in the pot, cooks away and, the best part, there are no piles of dirty pans to clean up.
As the weather gets cool, I love great one-pot recipes for braising meats or making soups. I invested in a sturdy and endlessly useful Le Creuset pot years ago. It lives on my stovetop, and I love that workhorse so.

Here's how the giveaway will go down:

- I'll choose five finalists whose recipes sound delicious and post them on Metrocurean.
- Readers will vote on the five finalists, and the winner scores that gorgeous Le Creuset pot.
