Gina Chersevani, the tirelessly creative mind behind the brilliant cocktails at PS 7's, sat in Metrocurean's 5 Bites hot seat recently to divulge her favorite foods and drinks around the DC area.
1. Uni sushi and sea salt gelato at Kushi Izakaya and Sushi
2. Onion dip with housemade potato chips at Woodberry Kitchen
3. Reuben with coleslaw at Deli City
4. Cookie plate at Birch and Barley

Wait a minute. Gina got to do 5 bites last August (http://www.metrocurean.com/article.aspx?page=23372§ion=2), and she did 10 then (5 food/5 drinks), and now gets 5 new ones. That's 15 Bites!! (-:

It's five bites at a time ;) , there is no limit ( I think?) besides the Reuben sandwich at Deli city is worth the extra bites :)

Gina's picks are always spot on.. I've been trusting her with my food and drink choices for years and she never lets me down! Come to think of it- I can't recall a time that I have actually ordered something for myself when sitting at her bar... I just let her bring me a drink and pick what I should eat. Trust in Gina- you won't be sorry! :)
